I use Rocketship for all of my carpet cleaning needs as a property manager. The staff is amazing! Kind and quick, professional and thorough.
They did everything they said they were going to do. They were on time. They did an EXCELLENT job. The results were incredible. Saved us a lot of hassle AND MONEY! They were very professional.
They are faster and cheaper than Stanley Steemer...but I got my rug back and it still stinks too much to put in my house. I'm not sure what to do. I've now sunk hundreds of dollars into this rug which I am now contemplating putting in a dumpster.
Rocketship came through with a sense of urgency when needed on demand; contrary to the competition. Rayshawn did an awesome job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend their service if you are looking for quality work, excellent customer service, and tremendous value. Thank you Rocketship!
