I came to the car wash for the first time and was having some trouble getting in there was a young blonde guy near the entrance and he helped me get in. I loved his customer service!
I call it the grown up car wash! I can go and clean up my vehicle in peace. I don't have to listen to someone blasting music for all to hear. The wash itself is great and I like the prewash area along with the free towels and window cleaner. It's a good deal. I just wish they offered a bigger discount for multiple household vehicles as I own more than one car but I do understand.
I recently visited RocketFastCar Wash, today on September 22nd, expecting a quick and friendly service. As a sweet lady who appreciates a nice wash for my car, I was truly looking forward to my experience. Unfortunately, it was quite the opposite.
