I’ve been a customer for years, it’s convenient and easy to make your car clean, you can find many deals through their app now, staffs are nice and patient. Free vacuuming is functional with high power!
I want to like RocketFast SO badly but after many attempts…I’ve moved on. This is not a car WASH, rather a car RINSE. Every time I’ve gone I get the $25 “wash” (aka rinse) and there are absolutely no suds or bubbles…it’s just a watered down, foamy slop that falls on your car. Even the tire wash they claim to have doesn’t actually scrub them…it sprays something on your tires then moments after leaving, the sprayed-on residue/product picks up soot and whatnot so your tires are dirty again. Had Scott the other day assist me this was one of my favorite experiences dealing with racket fast he was more than willing going above and beyond. Customer service and a friendly smile with a helpful attitude. Very much appreciated seeing this change from some of the others
