Frank made the process so simple. We went through the Ford Power program and our charger install was more complicated than most as our charger location was separate from the house. Frank walked me through it, showed up on time and finished the job earlier than expected. Even got it ESA certified. Would recommend Rocket EV to anyone.
Rocket EV responded quickly to my request for an EV charger. The installation was done with little mess or inconvenience. They modified my electrical box and ran new lines to the charger. I am very pleased.
Rob and Naman did a great Ford charger installation in my garage today. Rob is very knowledgeable and did a fantastic job while Naman was good at trenching and giving a helping hand. It was a great combination of experience and workmanship. Completed a neat and clean job as per my expectations.
