Frank installed a Ford Charger for me. He was great throughout the whole process. Worked hard to ensure the charger was installed where I wanted it and to make sure it was done correctly and with little disruption between our furnace room and the garage. You wouldn’t even know! Great experience start to finish. My charger install was set up through the ford power promise promotion. Rocket EV has their installs down to a science. Initial form intake. Virtual assessment with pics was very easy and helpful, ie you’re given a snapshot of the tentative plan of install. Lastly, install day is that much smoother due to all the great communication and fantastic work of in my case, Adam. Great guy.
