Beware! Paid for a carwash, went through, and NO soap! No big deal I thought, I'll just call the number displayed on the business. Talked to Jeff, and NO luck. Three weeks later I'm still waiting to be reimbursed. The carwash at the corner of Hurstbourne and Taylorsville Road does a bettter job, and it's cheaper. That's where I'll be going from now on!
Both automatic washes were broken the day I was there, but no warning or closure of either wash bay. Paid and drove through first one and nothing happened. Pulled out and drove around to other bay (car really dirty!), paid, and the rinse cycle didn't work, had to leave with soap on my car. Called the phone number several times, have NEVER gotten an answer or received a call back, and also the printer was out of paper on BOTH machines, so I have no receipt for pymt.
