Im about 99 % People live in their units at this location. Not locking my stuff up to get stolen here
Do not even attempt to rent here. They don’t take phone calls and take a week to answer an email. What a joke. Then the email was totally unprofessional.
I have been renting space for my truck trailer and other business equipment for about a year now. Rocket storage is great to work with and has communicated very well every step of the way. The security of the facility is perfect and they went above and beyond to help me get settled, highly recommended!!
Terrible place no communication what so ever and I tried to pay my bill early emailed them 1 week early and still no response and then the owner decides to be rude to me about where my stuff and I was willing to work it out with him but he kept just being passive aggressive and wouldn’t let up off the throttle of being a ass! Hope this helps you cause this is not where I’d store my stuff at all!
