This man will truly say anything to not work on your things. I knew after reading the reviews his service was terrible. He told me my lawn mower was abused. I kept my lawn mower in a shed building and I just haven't used it for a while, so their for it was not abused. I am highly unpleased with the service he provided me. Terrible, Disrespectful, and Rude Man ! He told me my weed eater and lawn mowers were not taken care of. He used the word "abused". This was very disrespectful and hurtful. I had foster children with me that grew up in abused homes so for them to hear something like that was totally inappropriate. My items were not abused. They were locked up in gardening shed in a safe place. I just didn't use them because I was paying people to cut my yard. I should also add I waited 5 months for him to even look at them. Terrible Service. I waited 2 and a half months for my repairs to be done. After waiting so long and going to Sears. He sends a report in saying I abused my lawn mowers. I had my children present and for them to hear I am abusing my product is very ignorant and careless. Terrible Service ! I recommend not going there. My lawn mowers were in great condition.
This man was never in his shop. I came to his office over 7 times in the last two weeks. He never answered my calls. He told me I did not take care of my products and he couldn't repair them. He was very rude and told me either wait or take my products back where I got them from. He then walked off and refused to talk to me about my repairs.
