We’re absolutely thrilled with the bathroom remodel done by Alex, Alex, and Max! Their craftsmanship and attention to detail truly stand out — everything looks stunning and was completed efficiently. They were professional, courteous, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We’re already planning to have them build a bathroom in our basement because we trust their work completely. I had a very frustrating experience with this company. The technician showed up late without notifying me, and the job was rushed and poorly done. I had to call another plumber to fix the same issue just a few days later. Communication was lacking, and I didn’t feel like customer satisfaction was a priority at all. I expected more professionalism. Definitely wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.
I want to commend your technician Shane for coming out to our home to clear our sewer line. He is truly a great ambassador for your company. I appreciate that he came to our home on the Saturday evening of a long weekend. He quickly cleared the tree roots from our sewer line and cleaned up the debris. I couldn’t have expected anything more! Shane, thank you VERY much!
I had 3 plumbers come out and “clean” my main drain with no success. Rocket Rooter came out and the technician was Shane and within about half an hour he had water running through my main drain. He seem to know his stuff. I will definitely be calling these guys again. And the price was reasonable. Thanks so much
