We've had excellent service from the guys that came out. We've used them several times for a bunch of things. They come right out and they are friendly. Their prices are reasonable. My wife and I are willing to pay a little more for good service. There are probably cheaper people out there but when we get good service we stick with those people. Their prices are worth it. We will absolutely continue to use them.

The technician came to the house and diagnosed the problem, said it was a complete gas valve failure. He told me the water heater was still under warranty, call the manufacturer and have them overnight the part. He said there was no charge, glad he could help and he was on his way. I did as he told me, received the part the next day and installed it. Problem solved. Always nice to review an honest and friendly company. Any future problems that require fixing, I'm calling these guys first.

I am happy with them. It has been fine. It was a little expensive, but it was under the gun, and they did it fast and got it done. The water heater costs like $800 and the annual service is $275 or something like that which was done almost a year ago in March. The service was great. They were knowledgeable and on-time. They hit the ground running and were in and out. I actually had it in the truck when he pulled up. The worker was great. He looked great, acted great, and very professional.
