I’ve come for a car wash with no issues previously. Asked about detailing the car today, but decided against it due to time constraints, stating I would do it next time. They decided to do it anyway. It was definitely the worst job I’ve seen anyone do with one. They didn’t even touch the seats, trunk, or steering wheel, and still forced me to pay the full price for something I didn’t authorize. Due to time constraints, I paid it and left. But will never go back. Worst experience I’ve dealt with.
