Terrible customer service. The owner is rude and unprofessional. Charged over $1200 for a move only to find broken items and items left behind. Zero stars.

Kevin and Rakem moved me into a second floor apartment. They were very friendly and professional. They were very mindful of time and worked very efficiently. Totally recommend Rocket moving.
