Was not able to get a hold of anyone at the company. Tried their online platform and no one reaches out to you. Tried multiple times phoning them only to be put on hold for hours all while it keeps saying you are next in line. Then if you request a call back no one reaches out to you. I don't think I have ever seen a company not actually get a hold of a guy before. Horrible experience, hope for the people that actually get through they get a wicked deal on mortgages or this company is completely useless.
Our financing with Rocket was incredible. Our broker Michael and funding specialist Krystal were wonderful to work with. Michael Citron, our broker, worked tireless to ensure an excellent rate & smooth transition for us. We highly recommend Rocket Mortgage Canada as a mortgage broker service.
We started shopping around early (3 months) knowing our mortgage was coming up for renewal. Our previously lender blew us off and told us to wait until closer to renewal date so we reached out to rocket mortgage to get information. Karim was absolutely amazing! He was patient, understanding and knowledgeable. He made sure to answer all our questions in timely matter and made switching brokers a no brainer! Absolutely would recommend!!
