33 days without any response on an email sent to two departments with several follow ups by me
I pay for their services. They are cheaper than legal zoom but you get what you pay for. It takes them multiple business days to reply to simple requests in emails, if ever. Often I have to call and ask what is going on and get an update that way. Something is happening over there. I’d avoid their services. I will update this review if they ever improve.
