I was rebuilding my whole house. Right from the beginning Rocket gave me a fair price quote and even made some helpful suggestion for thermal and sound insulation I had not thought of. The office was attentive and knowledgeable. The work crew was on time and quick to finish their work. When I had an issue with the energy code inspector Rocket was very helpful to work out a solution with the energy code person and resolved it the same day.
The crawlspace in my 120-year-old home on Long Island hadn't been properly insulated in decades. Rocket came and installed spray foam on the ceilings and walls perfectly, lightning fast, and gave a far fairer price for the job than I'd been quoted from others. Would recommend them to anyone.
This is the second job I've had Rocket Insulation do for me. Both times I couldn't be happier with the outcome of the job or the price. Also the level of communication with the lead guy who priced the job and scheduled it.
Highly recommend Rocket insulation in Long Island. They just finished spray foaming my cottage and they did an absolutely amazing job. I never write reviews but I’m just so impressed. They actually did a lot more then what they quoted me for, where do you get service like that these days!
Returned a call to me after I emailed their website about 2 days prior. Was told at that time that I would receive a call back to schedule a free estimate later in the week. It has been a week since the initial call back. Caller was respectful.
