Dr Monica Allgauer completed a very thorough evaluation of my hearing and balance. In every step during the 2 hour exam she explained the procedure and answered my questions. I agreed to treatment for my balance issues of dizziness and after the treatment my dizziness has subsided substantially. I now feel safe to get up from my bed or chair to care for my husband. I am grateful for the complete evaluation and treatment. I recommend Dr Allgauer to anyone experiencing hearing and balance issues.
1st visit: Dr Allgauer is wonderful! I was scheduled almost immediately after I related what I was experiencing. Once I arrived I was greeted warmly and noticed how nice clean and comfortable the office was. I was taken to the back quickly and received a thorough exam. Doctor Allgauer was the absolute best! She was so kind and patient when testing my newborn’s hearing! It took the whole hour but not once did she give me the feeling of trying to rush the appointment! When my baby finally passed, she was also so happy for us it the best feeling to know she cared and was so personal! I loved that she made us feel comfortable versus just another patient in the day! I would 100% recommend her to anyone!
My visit to Dr. Allgauer's office was a wonderful experience. Both she and her staff are very pleasant and accomodating. Dr. Allgauer explained took her time and explained every step along the way.
