Doctor Allgauer was the absolute best! She was so kind and patient when testing my newborn’s hearing! It took the whole hour but not once did she give me the feeling of trying to rush the appointment! When my baby finally passed, she was also so happy for us it the best feeling to know she cared and was so personal! I loved that she made us feel comfortable versus just another patient in the day! I would 100% recommend her to anyone!
My visit to Dr. Allgauer's office was a wonderful experience. Both she and her staff are very pleasant and accomodating. Dr. Allgauer explained took her time and explained every step along the way.

I was so very pleased with Rocket Hearing and Balance. The practice is very small, a one woman/doctor show but wow! Monica Allgauer, the doctor, was very personable and helpful. When you enter the practice, she greets you and gives you the paperwork to fill out. Once I was back in the room where the testing takes place, Dr. Allgauer, described each and every test I was given and what it will feel like and how to respond as it happens.
