I always have an amazing experience here, it’s a quick wash but the staff really cares and they are professional and go out of their way to get your car looking new.

Poorly managed business with a recurring customer complaint. You buy a monthly unlimited car wash but cannot cancel the repetitive monthly payment when you want to. I tried calling and have sent several emails but they do not respond. We had to dispute the charge with our credit card. I usually buy a booklet, but will ask for a refund on these. Very poor customer service and Mark Shamis will not respond!!! Too bad, because the wash is good and the attendants are nice people. Will look for a new place

My car was going into the shop so I wanted to cancel my service. The person at the car line would not help me. The phone number given goes to a full mailbox. I've paid 3 months for nothing at this point. PURE SCAM.

They do a fine job at washing your car, but when it comes to canceling they have been awful. I canceled 5 months ago, I checked my bank account and they have still been withdrawing from my account, I have gone to the location twice to get refunded and both times they said I’ll be contacted to get a refund. I still have heard nothing from corporate. This whole building is trash including Dakota Ridge Automotive.
