Just wanted to thank the team at Rocket for a great job on my 25ft flagpole. The finished product exceeded my expectations. Everyone I spoke with was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly. The installers worked like a well oiled machine with detail and precision, with the final product looking beautiful. Thank you to everyone at Rocket Enterprise who helped us out with our new 30' flagpole. Everyone was great from start to finish including the guys on site, Brad & Travis. These guys were fantastic, polite and made this job look so easy. Lisa in the office was also fantastic and very helpful. The first flag was raised today by a couple of my favorite veterans. I highly recommend this company. From the beginning, working with Lisa, to the installation with Mark and Andrew, everything about this company is professional, fast, and friendly, and they deliver a high-quality product. As for price, we ordered a 30-foot flagpole, and this company was $1,000 cheaper than another Michigan company we called. We are extremely satisfied. My wife and I agree that our experience with Rocket Enterprise, Inc. is one of the best we have ever had with a contractor. Every employee we dealt with while ordering our new, beautiful flag pole was helpful and friendly. We had a problem with Miss Dig that could have delayed the project, but the Rocket Rep took over the situation, resolved it quickly and the project stayed on schedule.
