Wonderful vets and staff! Very accommodating to prescription refills, very short wait times. My older dog Molly recently passed away and I don’t even know how they knew but sent a beautiful sympathy card signed by everyone! ♥️
I absolutely love the staff here Dr. Wendy and Harry always take good care of our babies and are great at explaining things. The only reason I gave 4/5 is the phone line always says they are closed even during open hours and makes you leave a message and they will get back to you so I drive up to the location and have a picture saying they have staff training, they should’ve made a post about it so people don’t think they are just closed when they arent... Well what if I need to talk to someone just for a quick question…
Words cannot explain how thankful I am to Dr. Harry. He is the most caring vet I've ever trusted my baby with. Misty is the best tech, she's been there with me every step of the way and she also cares so much about my Ziggy. All the staff are so genuine and loving and they sincerely care about your babies. I met Dr. Holt in 2020 while marketing for my own business and was immediately struck by how well she ran her practice. It was such an easy decision to switch all six of my pets over to Rocket City Veterinary Hospital.
