We reached out for an estimate for a bathroom renovation product. Eugene promptly responded to my request and called to schedule a time. He arrived during the scheduled time, giving an ETA beforehand. He explained the process and provided an estimate within a couple of days. The price was fair. Although we ended up going with a friend for the project (he was able to work us in) I would not hesitate to reach out to Eugene again for a future project.
Eugene and the team were professional, stuck to their timeline, and completed the renovation as expected. They helped identify and correct the source of a mold issue. There were no surprises or hidden costs along the way. The workmanship met our expectations, and they left the work area clean when finished.
