We’ve worked with Kathy and Neal at both their Piedmont and Huntsville locations over the last year and the experience has been outstanding. They provide great service and technical expertise to the triking community and are involved in ride events and supporting their customers. I drove 2.5 hrs one way to have Neal and Kathy service, tune and fit my new to me trike. Both were very friendly , super knowledgeable and super helpful. Very customer oriented and you can tell they sincerely care. I won’t use anyone else.

Had a phenomenal experience with Neil at Rocket City Trikes! He takes the time to explain everything about the trikes and gives very honest opinions when you ask a question (even if it’s not an upsale for him). He was very patient and was able to help me find the best trike for my situation. I will absolutely continue to make the two hour drive to come back.
