We got two used recumbent trikes and took them here for service. Neal was very knowledgeable and gave us lots of great tips as new riders. He did an excellent job getting our trikes ready to ride and was willing to answer our many questions. Fantastic service and a quick turn around.
Neal, the owner was very friendly and helpful. It was my first time buying a recumbent trike and he provided some excellent suggestions. I ended up buying a used Terratrike Rogue for a good price.
We’ve worked with Kathy and Neal at both their Piedmont and Huntsville locations over the last year and the experience has been outstanding. They provide great service and technical expertise to the triking community and are involved in ride events and supporting their customers. Highly, highly recommend a visit to Rocket City Trikes and Ladiga Trail Trikes with any questions, service and/or equipment needs. You will not be disappointed!
I drove 2.5 hrs one way to have Neal and Kathy service, tune and fit my new to me trike. Both were very friendly , super knowledgeable and super helpful. Very customer oriented and you can tell they sincerely care. I won’t use anyone else.
