Beer battered fish was very disappointing, clearly from a frozen bag , very watery! Waitress clearly not trained , asked for malt vinegar, she said she would check but never came back! Never came back to see if we needed refills on our drinks. The bar area was very nice , but don’t think we will go back
This has been the worst of the worst. Waited over 2 hours! For our food, when server finally came she asked if we wanted to order anything... We told her how about the order that we placed about 2 hours ago?!?! Then they placed the order again and took another hour.... Not mentioning that nobody came to get us refills or bother to even ask if we needed anything, after I talked to the waitress regarding our "experience with the service" she just brought us our ticket and completely ignored us till we had to go and ask for mor... read more
Well it’s reopened! Lots of nonfunctional bowling lanes and arcade machines, but hey, pretty good for Alamogordo! They do a great job keeping it clean, but ordering food/drinks was uhh… awkwardly difficult. I think the waitstaff have a lot of learning to do. They seem very disorganized, disinterested, and defensive for no reason. Didn’t seem that busy either… Hope they can improve upon it! It shows a lot of promise, could be a gem in this town if they get the right people and ethic!
I was so excited to have a Sunday Funday with some endless bowling and pregame at the bar while we wait for a lane. Beer…. lol they were out of just about everything. The waitress walked past our table multiple times so we waited over 30 min before we e could even order food. The new menu, I am not a fan! Endless bowling … nope you are only allowed 1 hour. The Sunday funday turned out to be disappointing.
Waitress & bartender extremely rude, drinks ordered 3 times finally got em warm… waitress threw a fit anytime she was asked of anything, we tried to do bowling but the machines haven’t changed and kept screwing up, ended up just leaving
