Be aware of faulty equipment
Scratches across the hood of my truck. The staff took pictures showing the damage and my claim was denied off of pictures high above my truck. The claims department made no effort to look at the damage in person.
Wash of the car body is really good, but the wash of the under body is a little lacking. I still have mud in the wheel wells after going through quite a few times. Vacuums are some of the best I've ever used.
