I've been a customer since this place opened as Zipline. Ever since it became Rocket, it's rocketed downhill. The horizontal wash rollers never used to damage my wiper blades. Now it happens all the time. Last time I was there I asked them to not use them. The person radioed the guy in the control room but they still operated them and damaged my wipers again...called in a complaint to the main office and got the feeling that the management don't really care so I cancelled my membership. Alyssa is such an asset to this company. Her smile, attitude, and sales was top tier She made an Experience out of a simple trip to clean the car with my daughter and puppy. We value her service and look forward to our next visit. * side note for management the vacuums fell out twice. *
