Always helpful guiding me thru the rails
Honestly....paid $13.99 for an Express wash! No towels to use and no air freshener? I was told that I could purchase a cloth in the vending machine. It was as if I had gone to the gas station car wash. I just expected a lil more. At least the vacuum was included!
Brought my Jeep for their 26.99 wash (their best) though got id be lazy this time. Did not know they don't turn the side washers on. Was told they would turn it on but it could damage my jeep. I don't want damage, I want to know if their car was was not going to wash my jeep though. Go down the street to self car wash. PS. Not saying it was their fault but also windshield wiper driver side did get broken in half, so I lost 15-20 on a windshield wiper and 30 on their "wash"
Oscar gave me the best customer service! He is an excellent employee. Very courteous and helpful and went way out of his way to help me. I have been a member for a while now and am very pleased! Thank you Rocket Carwash and Oscar!
