Got charged $50 dollars for a month I never used after one of their "free" car wash sign ups. Called 2 or three times and was on hold for ten minutes before I had to hang up when trying to cancel so payemnt went through. Never used it after payment went through ( or for that last month either ). Wouldn't refund the $50. Sad because the carwash is otherwise good. Beware the sketchy memberships.
I started using Rocket about 2 years ago and on average go twice a week. They do an excellent job of washing the exterior, and give me the tools needed to clean the interior thoroughly. Frequent washing helps to preserve the life of my car.
I have been a rocket wash member since 2017 when they open the first one on 84th and Giles. They used to be a quality wash. Now no matter which one I visit. The car is rarely clean. There is always some sprayers that don’t work. They buff n shine thing never comes down. Car is always wet everywhere. Staff behave in a rude and unprofessional manner. There is clear disrespect toward customers and possible discrimination based on nationality. Immediate action is required: investigate, train staff, and ensure respectful treatment of all customers.
The location is convenient but otherwise overpriced (costs more than other locations,) very spotty job and if you dont have a membership your second class. The vacuum parking area looks like it's covered in car fluids and never power washed.
