I highly reccomend to anyone that wants to get into combat sports, learn self defense, or stay in general shape. Chris and the team are amazing at what they do. They are still active in the industry and give excellent instruction. It has been a long time since I found a gym that I have enjoyed this much!

I’ve known Chris Rollins for over 12 years, and he is one of the greatest martial artists and human beings I’ve ever met. Great youth program with knowledgeable coaches! My boys (10 & 12) haven't stopped talking about it since they began. In the past few weeks they've already learned so much and their self confidence is building!
