Dan is outstanding, he really took the time to understand the issue, ask logical questions, took it for a test drive with me, and even showed me the oil he was adding in the vehicle before doing it. He also diagnosed another issue, a vibrating noise that he caught that was bother him, I didn't even bring up and showed me on the lift where my exhaust was vibrating against the bumper (had someone rear end car and body work done it's not lined up 100% right anymore).
