Lito does excellent work! Honest straightforward and he even went on a short joyride with me to make sure I was happy with my new engine he installed!
We broke down while towing our camper and called Rocket Auto since it was the nearest shop. We were close by so he volunteered to come see what was the problem. Broken serpentine belt. He went above and beyond to help us out, track down the part, and get us back on the road the same day. Very reasonable price, too. This is the kind of business you can trust.
My car broke down on I-5 during a camping trip to Oregon. I was fortunate to limp in to Castle Rock and find Rocket Auto. Lito analyzed the problem immediately (a broken serpentine belt), helped me move my car to his shop, ordered replacement parts, installed a new belt (in less than an hour), and had me back on the road in a couple of hours.
