Great company! People are caring and understanding. By the time I contacted their company, I was incredibly frustrated due to pipes bursting and flooding my upstairs bathroom. Both mitigation and construction took care of the project and my only headache was dealing with my insurance. Cole made sure that everything was taken care of and Karen gave me constant updates on the project. Terrible company can't keep dates when work suppose to be done, hard to get in contact with anybody pertaining to the work. Wouldn't recommend in the future, hopefully they get better management.
