Best group classes. Great Yoga, Spin, Barre and Pilates.Ā
The workout space it great. Spacious, nice sunlight from the big windows, good reception. But the steam and the dry saunas are NEVER HOT and the women's locker room is very outdated.Ā
You gotta get a new shoe. Sick of that ugly puma!Ā
Tip: Don't watch the Food Network while on the treadmillĀ
This gym has socks t shirts and shorts so only bring sneakers and your mood for working out.Ā
Loi's abs class on Tues nights is the real deal. She's the real deal also.Ā
One of my favorite equinox locations. Feels like my own private gym on Sundays.Ā
