Great service at Rockdale VW - we have been taking our Tiguan here for more than 5 years, and the team have always been on time, professional and excellent attention to detail. Most recently very impressed with Zac's level of care and diligence when handling a tricky service issue that required liaison with the manufacturer on our behalf and where he got a great result. Highly recommend.

I had an outstanding experience with Rockdale Volkswagen! The Services Manager, Steve, went above and beyond to ensure my car was properly fixed. My car was just out of warranty, but Steve took the time to listen and understand my situation, then advocated on my behalf to VW. Thanks to his efforts, VW agreed to cover the repairs under warranty, saving me a significant amount. The car is now running perfectly and is an absolute pleasure to drive.
