It's been over three months since we moved in, and I can honestly say we are *still* just as happy (if not more!) than the day we got the keys. The quality of the build is outstanding—everything feels solid, well thought out, and beautifully finished. We've had zero complaints so far, which says a lot in itself. YOUR AREA PLUMBING , we were a Plumbing contractor for Rockdale Homes they do not pay their contractors
The worst builders in Adelaide. They use gap filler instead of skirting boards, dumped asbestos sheets in the garden bed and tried to cover it with plastic sheets and dirt, don’t tile in areas of the laundry where they think you won’t see, my floorboards are lifting, toilet seat is too small for the toilet, use pipes that are too small, paint drips absolutely everywhere. An embarrassment to builders everywhere.
6 months past after handover still jobs are pending despite of paid in full. At one stage I paid in advance in hope that my house will be finished to the contract because builder was keep saying that they have no money to get my work done. Promised by the builder as well as documented to get the jobs finished but til date no response. They are full of ego & does not want to take any accountability of their wrong doing.
