I had a very disappointing experience at this salon. I was particularly uncomfortable with the way Grace spoke to and treated her coworkers. From what I witnessed, she repeatedly spoke to them in a condescending and belittling manner, as though she considered herself above them. The tone she used came across as dismissive and disrespectful toward people who were clearly trying their best to do their jobs. Had my hair cut by Angelo today, not only did his great cutting skills exceed my expectations but I was also welcomed with a nice hot tea on a cold day. I Appriciate how welcoming the team was to me even for my first visit!
Had a haircut and blow dry with Angelo for the first time and left so happy with both. He listened to exactly what I wanted done with my haircut. My amazing blowdry has lasted a week and I received so many compliments asking where I had been.
