Angelo at Rockdale Ivanhoe is one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoken to. I made a booking online. The next day they called me to say they don’t have time to do my hair at the time I booked online. When I queried how could I book it then if that time is not available he said well you should have called the salon shouldn’t you? Then he said I think it’s best if we cancel your appointment. Don’t go to this salon - ever! I agree with the other reviews saying how rude the staff are!!

Amazing colour by Nicole! Couldn’t be happier, initially we found the colour to throwing off a different shade on the roots however, she was quick to rectify the issue and got me back in that night. The team are also very lovely and thoroughly listen to what you want. Thank you guys 😊
I just wanted a simple haircut nothing drastic. Instead, Angelo took liberties and gave me a side and back taper, which looks horrible and wasn’t what I asked for. To make things worse, he made a comment in front of the whole salon about me “thinning” on top, which was completely unnecessary and embarrassing. The haircut is uneven, and I’m the one who has to live with it. Honestly, a refund wouldn’t even fix how I feel. Just a word of warning for anyone I wouldn’t want you to go through the same experience.
