Staff and mechanics were very polite and did a great job. My service was covered under warranty and was communicated throughout with approximate time and expectations set. Only drawback was that my booking took 3 weeks to get in however was sorted out with parts ordered, delivered and installed without the need to be rebooked which I appreciated.

I’ve been servicing my car at Kia Rockdale for three years, but after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. My car was damaged while in their care for a routine service. They organised a hire car and took if for repairs immediately which I appreciated, but there was no genuine apology or communication throughout the process.
