A less fabulous experience than we are used to this time. New service advisor gave my wife a hard time about loan car, however the girl at the service desk who has been there forever was able to patch things up. Also interesting 2 x major repairs recommended that were not picked up in last service when still under warranty only months ago.

I really appreciated the friendliness, transparency, super communication and seamless service here. Absolutely stellar experience - especially thanks to Robert. I must confess I’m no car expert, so can only trust that the ins and outs of the service were completed, but the car is running well, my new usb port is perfect and the in-car computer has been updated as needed. I was solo parenting my kids that week, and the courtesy car was an absolute win. Thanks a million times over - you have another loyal customer 🤩
