Scott was excellent to deal with, having the answers to all our questions about the vehicle we purchased and gave us a good trade with our car to seal the deal. We highly recommend meeting Scott for your next new car purchase.
Great location with a decent range of models on display. I was served by Joe who was helpful but wasn’t able to answer all my questions completely. Also, he said I was overthinking my decision on which car to buy, although I genuinely just wanted to weigh up the pros and cons of each model.
Simon Park presented as a very patient and obliging salesperson at Kia Rockdale. He went out of his way to ensure that I was making the right decision on the selected vehicle. There was no pressure to buy but was very helpful in lots of ways.
My wife and I are loving our new Kia Sportage, and we didn’t have to wait long at all! The order time was very fast and the whole process was super easy and stress-free. The team at Rockdale City Kia was professional, friendly, and made the experience smooth from start to finish.
