Absolutely the most unprofessional, disorganized experience. In the middle of a difficult situation, Rocko only added to my stress and made everything more difficult. I had to call and call to get answers, the death certificate was filed with incorrect information, each time I was told I would receive a call back I never heard from them. Complete nightmare!

I was pleased with their service. They did everything they could to accommodate our wishes during a very difficult time. I wasn't thrilled with the digital part of it. You look at a tv to choose what you want. But that's the world we live in I suppose. They do try to sale you overpriced items but that's part of it too I suppose. Troy was very helpful throughout the process and was available after hours which was needed as time seemed to stop when my dad passed. The service at Rockco Funeral was wonderful. The personnel was so attentive and helpful, and caring.. I felt so comforted with all they did for my family.
