Beautiful place, awsume rugged costal scenery
Beautiful part of Canada. BUT be careful about buying there. The developer is the owner. They charge fees for road maintenance & snow plowing. However if you don't live there guess what? Yup, the road to your property WILL NOT be plowed or maintained, but you'll be stuck paying for services not provided! Questionable business practices? AND don't forget you will also be charged taxes which seem fairly high for undeveloped property.
