It's an awesome experience taking Ford Mustang black horse at BrownBoyToys, nice polite,caring staff, wonderful treatment. And importantly, cars are in Good condition
The associates were friendly until the sale was completed, but afterward, there was no support for any of our concerns. Issues we had pointed out during the test drives were either ignored or patched up just enough to close the deal. The car itself seems fine after I spent extra money fixing the things that were neglected by them, but the lack of accountability was disappointing. If you’re considering buying from here, be cautious and make sure everything you discussed is properly addressed before finalizing the deal.
