The property manager Douglas ********* lacks communication, professionalism, morals, and integrity. He is a scam artist and a liar. BEWARE STAY FAR FROM THE ******* PROPERY IN PICKERINGTON, OH. He doesn't care about the properties, the tenants, or doing his job. Not to mention everything is done to cut corners.
By far the worst place you could ever rent from. Nugent the property manager is very rude and unprofessional and mold and mildew exposure he doesn't think is important. I am suffering from lung infections from it. And will be looking into further relief from legal system. Also, hazardous Wire exposure and dead rats all around facilities. Place needs to be shut down.

I have been complaining about this issue for 6 months and nothing has been resolved. the exterminator came out once a week for 6 months. They know they have a problem but try to blame the residents. I have been told by people who have lived here for YEARS have said that there has always been an issue. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.
I wish I can give this ZERO, in **** I am a victim of domestic violence and need to move out of my apartment for safety reasons. You have taken over properties and made life for the older community very difficult. Your brash style and difficult rules plus how you bully residents into paying more is despicable. No one should rent from you. Ever. Stay away!!
This whole complex is TRASH! I have a list of complaints from roaches and spiders, to the sink falling in, my toilet is broken, leaks, fires, break ins, gun shots and extremely poor management and maintenance. I have tried multiple times to get these issues addressed but I have been ignored for MONTHS. I have been a great tenant. Never gave them any hassles or issues, and THIS is how I am "appreciated"? Shamefully terrible. I live at **** ***** ***** I have 8 open service requests about our patio door leaking and the front entrance letting water in every time it rains. SEVERAL have been closed without having work done from me and the previous tenants. Nearly 2 years these same complaints have been turned in for this unit without having anything done. In February of this year during the winter storm the pipes burst due to freezing temperatures, flooding my apartment and many other units. Reside in apartment complex owned by Harbor Group Management. Heritage ***** *** Air *** Increased rent by ******* per month. Lived there 10 years paid rent on time never ever late. This raises price to same as luxury apartments. If you want to charge those prices fix things. Trash everywhere trash at playground never emptied no mulch or anything in 10 years.
