I have been seeing Markerba Skylark, P. A. for over 20 years and she has always taken care of me. She has a personal touch that is unmatched. I can trust her recommendations and she takes to listen and she really hears her patients. I am grateful for her service to my family and me.
My Family has been going to Rockbridge Family Medicine for 20+ years where there is a very good staff of doctors, P.A.s, and nurses. However, since Emory Medical took over their practice some years ago, customer service is very near worthless. There is no way to directly call their office now. Callbacks are random and on one occasion, giving inaccurate (and scary) information about a procedure. This is not the medical team's fault, but of the Emory management. I am swearing off anything "Emory" forever more.
