I have been going to Rockbridge Barbell for about 3 months! Everything about this gym is amazing! One of the services they provide is Performance Therapy! I have been dealing with chronic knee pain for the past 6 months. This new service of Performance Therapy, includes Dry Needling. Amy Hevener was awesome! I was basically living with the thought my knee would always be in pain.
