Great gym! Stopped by when visiting my son at W&L.
I have been going to Rockbridge Barbell for about 3 months! Everything about this gym is amazing! One of the services they provide is Performance Therapy! I have been dealing with chronic knee pain for the past 6 months. This new service of Performance Therapy, includes Dry Needling. Amy Hevener was awesome! I was basically living with the thought my knee would always be in pain. Such an incredible gym! Brian is a fabulous trainer and we had a week of killer workouts while we were visiting town.
Had a wonderful experience/workout today! The perfect stop while in town visiting my family. The staff were so kind and helpful!
