Buyers beware, me and my family have purchase from ROCKBOX and had nothing but issue and failures in the home. The stress and the financial part of this experiences and taken big tole. We have spent our own money to hire contractor to repair and replace or fix issue. ROCKBOX has refused to stand behind there product. Countless attempts too have them repair and address there deficiencies, they just push as aside.
