I thought I was in good shape for someone who regularly goes to the gym for cardio and weightlifting. Came here after a free session, and left as a humble person lol. Without a doubt, loved what I felt and coming back. Canceling my gym membership. I love the whole group fitness concept.

Tried to cancel weeks ago, lady who answered said their was a past due charge so she couldn't cancel. Checked bank account after the call, charge had gone through days prior. Called again a couple hours later, spoke to a gentleman who verified there shouldn't be an issue, there's no past due amount, have been a paying member for over six months and he would leave a note with the manager. Rockbox reached out to a friend and mines Florida Source Instagram page and offered free trial classes. From the time you enter into the studio you are greeted with friendly staff members to guide you through the sign in and set up process for the various classes. Every class we took was challenging in a different way we tried the All Bags Class, Arms, and Legs. I was very sore and challenged to make it to the end each day. I would highly recommend taking a class and visiting this studio.

I am very disappointed with the customer service at this gym when it comes to membership contracts. They will hold you completely liable for an agreement with a skipped signature and will not take any accountability for miscommunications on their end. I agree with the other comments that say their contracts can be a scam. If you sign up, make sure to carefully review your contract and be aware that terms may not agree to other communications.
