After signing up for a membership I got injured after my second class and couldn't attend. They put my membership on hold for 2 months, told me that was the max after telling me in person they could do it for 4 when I signed up. After two months I was still injured and unable to attend classes as well as moved out of the area. They are now charging me another two months ($400) to cancel on top of the $600 I had in doctor bills. In total I have spent $1,200 and went to 3 classes, what a waste. This is a great workout, high energy and a fun way to get your cardio in. The instructors are all awesome and put together different workouts each time. I was going 4-5 times a week and I don’t think I did the same workout twice. All the girls at the front desk were great, very friendly and willing to help. I wasn’t able to get the app to work from the beginning but they were more than willing to sign me up for class when I asked. Signed up for the 6 week challenge where its advertised as "accountability" and I didn't even have one text or phone call in a 1 1/2 month span. I have had medical issues and absolutely no empathy towards that when I requested to cancel and refund for my unused $400. I used to be a member of another boxing studio and they would pause my membership whenever I was experiencing medical issues. It’s a big scam !! The 5 star reviews are fake because they are trying to get their deposit of 599.00 back . I wouldn’t recommend at all save your self and get you a real trainer !
