I was very disappointed with my experience at Rockaway Fish House. The customer service was poor from the start. Our server was rude and seemed irritated that we asked questions about the menu before ordering. As customers, we should be able to ask about the food without feeling like we're inconveniencing the staff. The server's attitude made us feel unwelcome. I was so disappointed. I was told the food was very good. It wasn't good at all. They are serving frozen collard greens totally bland. The potato salad was bland as well. The fish was so so. The cake was disgusting! Overall I'm not a happy camper and I will never go there again. I believe people that give this place 5 * don't have a clue about how good food tastes. The whole experience was awful 😞
