I just walked in and asked for a new patient appointment and they said they don’t have any until next year …… this is a problem very sad
I had a visit today where my doctor was excellent,Dr Hoey, but my experience was marred by an incident with the receptionist, Nicole M. She inappropriately inquired about the reasons for my tests and asked personal questions, a conversation that was not private and could be overheard by others in the lobby. This breach of my privacy felt like a clear violation of HIPAA rights and was highly unprofessional. Such behavior is unacceptable in a medical setting.”
Wow, terrible attitude on the phone, literally hung up on me as I tried to get more information for a sick patient who wants to see their doctor, was told to go to urgent care. Misinformation about walk-in appointments on the website, and if you need to see your primary doctor, it's TWO months before you can get an appointment!!! Apparently they are not concerned with patient 'health' or 'care'. Utterly disappointing, a true embarrassment to Atlantic Healthcare System.
