The Rockaway Community Park has & is always the most quiet Park, 🏞️ with nothing but the sound from the birds 🐦🕊️ and some soft breeze blowing through the trees, along with some bright sunshine.🌞 But the problem was, that I couldn't locate the particular Community Park Road! So I gave up. 👍🏾😤😠☹️🌳🌳
I've traveled around the Rockaways for over 20 years and I never noticed this community park. My adventure today was sail boating with my peers in the community and what a beautiful experience that was! Learning about the Jamaica Bay from this beautiful mobile vantage point captivated me. The general park area besides this nice summer activity is filled with tall grass, a couple places to sit and rest, a small dock, and cool people if you get to know them when they're around.
