Brought my 94 80 series diesel down here shortly after purchase and have been very happy with the extra mile he went to locate parts, diagnose major issues and all the extensive Toyota knowledge. He was extremely communicative and thorough every step of the way despite it taking longer than we expected (as old trucks do). Fair pricing as well.
My 1995 4runner 3vze is now running right for first time since I got it 8 years ago! Thanks to Rockatowski's Performance. Multiple shops failed to find the issue over the years and would charge arm and leg anyway. The owner Rob guided me to fix the problem over just a few days of phone consolation. I now have zero stress knowing there's an honest mechanic to bring any future issues to. I only hesitate to recommend because then I'll have to wait in line, haha! Rob is the best. Toyota wizard supreme. Seattle mechanics have repeatedly misdiagnosed, overcharged, and kept my 4runner for weeks at a time. I have no trust and kind of just accepted that was how it was going to be. Rob is extremely knowledgeable, transparent and reasonably priced. There's no upsell. You can trust that if he is going to be straight with you and tell you exactly what needs to be done and why. I am so happy I found him.
