This place was such a good find after having had terrible service at several other places. I phoned up and the chap I spoke to was really helpful and suggested I bring the part in to the shop which I did. He found a replacement washer to try initially, so it was great that he was happy to advise and look to find a solution without trying to suggest expensive options as other places had done.
