To the slightly portly gentleman at the cash the evening of Friday October 2 with the salt and pepper hair, who did not know the cheesecake offerings of his own establishment, your customer service/engagement could use some refinement. I asked him if he had any cheesecake, without offering up the Apple cheesecake staring me right in my face he rudely answered no. Restaurant was not busy at all, they had a sign saying short staff (which is fine, things happen) Took me 30min to get 2 slices of cake, went to the counter and the girl said she forgot what I ordered and my cakes were sitting on a plate outside the fridge. She asked if I still wanted it and said she was cleaning (no one was doing anything) I’m not a Karen but this was ridiculous lol
