There's no communication within the company. They were supposed to deliver a gravel and 1/4 minus Yavapai today at noon, and they never arrived or contacted us to let us know why the delivery wasn't made today. The delivery time and date were already scheduled for today, which caused a delay to the project in progress. As a company, we have the responsibility to inform the customer of any inconvenience that may have occurred with the delivery, and not wait until we have to keep calling them to see when they will deliver the ... read more
